Let us help you achieve your wellness goals!
Most people struggle with their energy levels, controlling their weight or just feeling down. We opened the Wellness Centre to provide a central location for people to come for help and information about diet and exercise.
We explain in simple English why a lot of the foods we buy nowadays are not always what they appear to be, and what simple changes anyone can make to achieve a healthier lifestyle - without increasing the cost of their food bills.
You can arrange a free one-to-one Wellness Checkup, which includes: a nutritional assessment and a full 'body scan' measuring body fat, metabolic age and a lot more.
